1989

AREYS IN REAL ESTATE
In 1989, Tracy Arey entered the real estate industry, beginning his career on a path that would include real estate, construction and development.
1999

THE FAMILY BUSINESS
Beth Arey, Tracy's wife, joined the real estate world to help transform it into a family business that served other local families. As a local school teacher, Beth was already passionate about taking care of families.
2007

TRACY AREY REAL ESTATE
Backed by experience, Tracy and Beth Arey founded their own brokerage: Tracy Arey Real Estate, that would focus on family values and superior client care.
2008 - 2011

GROWING WITH COLUMBIA
As the Arey Family continued to grow, so did the business, selling a property every 3 days.
2012

THE FAMILY BUSINESS EXPANDS
Bennett joined Tracy Arey Real Estate as an agent while attending The University of Missouri, before becoming a full-time realtor in 2016.
2013 - 2017

OUR FAMILY SERVING YOURS
With Bennett on board, Tracy Arey Real Estate was able to serve more families than ever. Determined to provide the smoothest process possible, Tracy began focusing solely on listings, growing the business' network of industry connections.
2018

THE NEXT GENERATION
In 2018, the next generation of the Arey Family was born with four more soon to follow!

Meet Beth

EXPERTISE: FAMILIES, NEGOTIATION, CLIENT ADVOCACY

Having been in the industry for over 25 years, Beth has navigated nearly every real estate scenario, with one thing as her constant: taking care of her clients. Prior to real estate, Beth was a teacher in Columbia, where she became engrained in the community. She fell in love with our special city and the families that reside here. Beth has always been a fierce advocate for her clients and firmly believes that going the extra mile makes all the difference.

Beth is married to Tracy, the namesake of Tracy Arey Real Estate. Together, they have four children and five grandchildren. Outside of real estate, Beth is an avid golfer, voracious reader, Chiefs fan, and loves spending time with friends. Text Beth or Learn More Here.

Meet Bennett

EXPERTISE: RESPONSIVE, PATIENT & DETAIL-ORIENTED

Born and raised in Columbia, Bennett was always a True Son, long before his Mizzou days. Learning the trade from his parents, Bennett quickly realized how much he enjoyed helping those around him - whether it was families buying homes, investors securing properties or clients searching for land to build on. Bennett prides himself on placing buyers in homes he would be proud to sell for them one day - he feels that he “wins” when his clients win.

Marrying his high school sweetheart, Alexis, the pair live in Columbia with their two daughters. Outside of life as a dad and realtor, Bennett enjoys hanging out with his friends, fishing, hunting and enjoying local restaurants.
