When I tell clients that “I’ve seen it all,” I really do mean it.

In 1999, I joined my husband, Tracy, in the real estate world after a career as a teacher here in Columbia, Missouri. While we raised our four children, we lived in over 15 Columbia homes in various neighborhoods, undergoing the process of buying and selling ourselves. We lived and enjoyed life as a Columbia family with our kids attending school, playing sports and exploring all that our town had to offer. I was a “Columbia Mom.”

Throughout those years, Tracy and I founded our own brokerage, Tracy Arey Real Estate, where we watched the real estate landscape change and evolve over the decades: new developments popping up, new builders emerging in town, and just the day-to-day of the community as we sold A Property Every 3 Days. I was a “Columbia Realtor®.”

As our business grew through the generations, our son, Bennett joined the brokerage, and soon I found myself with grown children, enjoying Columbia in new ways. We joined a local golf club. We welcomed grandchildren - 5 to be exact! And we found renewed passion within real estate to help buyers and sellers enjoy Columbia the way we have.

Looking back on these 25+ years in the industry, I’ve navigated nearly every type of hurdle or detour that real estate can offer. I’ve always believed in transparency, reliability and advocacy for all of my clients. When my clients call, they trust that I will answer the phone and they trust that I am there to truly support them.
